Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Sales Growth: Meet or exceed sales targets, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products to customers.
- Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Coach products, including features, benefits, and current offerings.
- Visual Merchandising: Maintain a visually appealing store environment, adhering to Coach's visual merchandising standards.
- Operations: Ensure all daily tasks are completed, including maintaining store inventory, processing transactions, and adhering to Coach's operational procedures.
Requirements:
- Experience: 1-3 years of previous sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Technical Skills: Knowledge of cash register systems, basic computer skills, and ability to use iPad/laptop, Mobile POS, and Internet.
- Physical Demands: Ability to execute at a fast pace, communicate effectively with customers and team, and maneuver the sales floor, sales shelves, and stock room.
