Job Overview

As a Cybersecurity Analyst - Information Systems, you will play a critical role in protecting T-Mobile's information systems from unauthorized access and ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of sensitive data.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, coordinate, and implement security measures to regulate access to data files and prevent unauthorized modification, destruction, or disclosure of information.
  • Perform security, compliance, and risk assessments on projects throughout the project lifecycle using SDLC, Waterfall, or RUP methodologies.
  • Lead information security reviews of new technologies, designs, and remediation planning efforts.
  • Maintain visibility inside and outside of Info Security, working with groups such as Billing Ops, Application Support, Engineering Ops, Finance, Legal, Privacy, Risk Management, etc.
  • Investigate and/or lead identifying security needs and recommend plans/resolutions.
  • Implement, test, and monitor information security improvements.
  • Support the information security policy lifecycle throughout, including intake, creation, review, approval, implementation, publishing, communication, and maintenance.
  • Lead security projects driven by groups both internal and external to Info Security.
  • Mentor peer analysts in enterprise solution design, SDLC, facilitation, and effective customer interaction.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or equivalent work experience.
  • 4-7 years of experience in info security technology or a related field.
  • Previous leadership experience is a plus.

Work Environment
  • At least 18 years of age.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • T-Mobile requires U.S. citizenship for certain roles within the organization.
