Job Summary

Amazon is seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Manager to lead technology product and management for an exciting and confidential initiative in our Middle Mile organization. As a key member of our leadership team, you will regularly interact with executive leadership and work with business teams to develop and execute product strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead technology product development and management for a confidential initiative in Middle Mile organization
  • Regularly interact with executive leadership and work with business teams to develop and execute product strategies
  • Work in a fast-paced environment and lead at both strategic and day-to-day levels
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to drive product development and execution

Requirements
  • 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development, or technology experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Experience in using statistical analysis to identify issues or opportunities for improvement
  • Experience with end-to-end product delivery and feature delivery
  • Experience as a product manager or owner
  • Experience owning technology products

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience influencing senior leadership through data-driven insights
  • Proven track record of taking ownership and delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $124,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $206,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
