Job Title: PMIS Specialist/Microsoft SharePoint SME

STV Incorporated is seeking a highly skilled PMIS Specialist/Microsoft SharePoint SME to join our dynamic Digital Advisory team in New York City. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and enhancing our Project Management Information System (PMIS) with a primary focus on Microsoft SharePoint.

Key Responsibilities:
  • SharePoint Administration & Development: Design, configure, and maintain SharePoint sites, libraries, lists, and workflows. Develop custom SharePoint solutions using SharePoint Designer, Power Automate, Power Apps, and other related tools.
  • Project Management Information System (PMIS) Management: Oversee the implementation and maintenance of the PMIS to ensure it meets the needs of the organization. Integrate SharePoint with other PMIS tools and systems to enhance project tracking and reporting capabilities.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Develop and manage project dashboards and reports to provide real-time insights into project performance and metrics. Analyze project data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaboration & Support: Work closely with project managers, IT teams, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure the PMIS aligns with project goals. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SharePoint and PMIS-related issues.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest SharePoint and PMIS technologies, trends, and best practices. Identify and implement improvements to enhance system performance, usability, and user satisfaction.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in SharePoint administration and development.
  • Proven experience managing and enhancing PMIS solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of SharePoint Online and SharePoint Server.
  • Proficiency in SharePoint Designer, Power Automate, Power Apps, and related tools.
  • Solid understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • SharePoint certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: SharePoint Associate).
  • Experience with other project management tools and systems (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello).
  • Knowledge of SQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web technologies.
