Key Responsibilities
- Assist the construction division in creating new project profiles.
- Build and maintain relationships with vendors, ensuring their qualifications and insurance are verified.
- Oversee the management of all vendor profiles.
- Support the administration of contracts.
- Facilitate the month-end closing process.
- Address and resolve administrative inquiries and issues.
- Perform data entry, filing, and scanning tasks.
- May provide assistance in training new staff.
- Adhere to safety protocols to ensure personal and coworker safety by supporting all company safety initiatives.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Preferred experience of two to four years in an administrative capacity within the construction industry.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities.
- Proficient in computer usage and familiar with the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Demonstrated skills in conflict resolution and negotiation.
- Exceptional organizational capabilities.
- Basic knowledge of clerical procedures and systems, including recordkeeping and filing.
- Ability to work independently.
- Must possess the ability to multitask, demonstrate keen attention to detail, and manage time effectively to handle multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
- Capability to identify needs, eliminate obstacles, and possess the know-how to facilitate progress.
- Appreciation for diverse ideas, opinions, and individuals, coupled with sound judgment and logical reasoning.
- Must have or be able to obtain a valid state driver's license prior to employment, along with a clean driving record and reliable transportation.
