Key Responsibilities
  1. Assist the construction division in creating new project profiles.
  2. Build and maintain relationships with vendors, ensuring their qualifications and insurance are verified.
  3. Oversee the management of all vendor profiles.
  4. Support the administration of contracts.
  5. Facilitate the month-end closing process.
  6. Address and resolve administrative inquiries and issues.
  7. Perform data entry, filing, and scanning tasks.
  8. May provide assistance in training new staff.
  9. Adhere to safety protocols to ensure personal and coworker safety by supporting all company safety initiatives.
  10. Execute additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  1. High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  2. Preferred experience of two to four years in an administrative capacity within the construction industry.
  3. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
  4. Excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities.
  5. Proficient in computer usage and familiar with the Microsoft Office Suite.
  6. Demonstrated skills in conflict resolution and negotiation.
  7. Exceptional organizational capabilities.
  8. Basic knowledge of clerical procedures and systems, including recordkeeping and filing.
  9. Ability to work independently.
  10. Must possess the ability to multitask, demonstrate keen attention to detail, and manage time effectively to handle multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
  11. Capability to identify needs, eliminate obstacles, and possess the know-how to facilitate progress.
  12. Appreciation for diverse ideas, opinions, and individuals, coupled with sound judgment and logical reasoning.
  13. Must have or be able to obtain a valid state driver's license prior to employment, along with a clean driving record and reliable transportation.
