- Develop and implement new recipes and menu items to enhance the culinary experience for our clients.
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef to develop and implement kitchen policies and procedures.
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that all clients receive a high-quality dining experience.
- 5 years of prior culinary experience, preferably in a high-volume kitchen environment.
- Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; culinary degree preferred.
