Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sous Chef to join our culinary team at Resort Lifestyle Communities. As a Sous Chef, you will play a key role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our residents and guests.

Responsibilities
  • Assist the Executive Chef in menu planning, food preparation, and kitchen operations.
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of kitchen staff, ensuring efficient and safe food preparation and presentation.
  • Monitor inventory, manage supplies, and maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen environment.
  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef to develop and implement new menu ideas and culinary concepts.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that residents and guests receive outstanding dining experiences.
Requirements
  • Previous leadership experience in culinary preparation and cooking.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; culinary degree or other higher education preferred.
  • Basic computer skills required; data entry experience preferred.
  • Ability to secure appropriate food handler permits as required by local ordinances.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
