Help Desk Analyst

The Help Desk Analyst will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems, providing technical support to our employees and guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance to users via phone, email, and in-person support
- Identify, prioritize, and escalate technical issues
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer hardware and software
- Monitor and maintain network connectivity and performance
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with employees and vendors
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in IT help desk or technical support
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Windows and various IT software packages
Work Environment:
The Help Desk Analyst will be based in our Atlanta office, working in a typical office environment with moderate noise levels.
Physical Demands:
The position requires sitting for extended periods, with occasional standing, walking, and lifting up to 25 pounds.
Travel Demands:
The role may require occasional local travel and overnight trips for training and meetings.
