Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Transition Analyst to join our team at the Virginia Department of Human Resource Management. As a Service Transition Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring a seamless transition of services into and out of our environment. Your expertise in IT service delivery, requirements gathering, and data analysis will be essential in driving business outcomes and improving our service management processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide transition oversight during supplier implementation
  • Perform analysis and reporting on transitions
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for procurements that select future suppliers
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective service delivery
Requirements
  • Knowledge and experience of IT service delivery
  • Knowledge of requirements gathering processes
  • Knowledge of data analysis methodologies, processes, and best practices
  • Experience fostering and building relationships with internal and external customers
Preferred Qualifications
  • ITIL certification and experience
  • Knowledge of basic project management principles and practices
  • Knowledge of data analysis and demand management methodologies, processes, and best practices
