Customer Service Associate

We're seeking a skilled and enthusiastic team member to join our team as a Customer Service Associate. As a key member of our store team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and supporting the sales floor team in achieving sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide friendly and courteous service to customers, answering questions and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and customer service areas.
- Support the sales floor team in achieving sales goals by merchandising products, completing tasks as assigned, and maintaining a positive attitude.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Participate in visual merchandising and store recovery to maintain a visually appealing store environment.
- Comply with company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
- Ability to maintain a safe and clean work environment.
