What We're Looking For

We're seeking a skilled and enthusiastic team member to join our team as a Customer Service Associate. As a key member of our store team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and supporting the sales floor team in achieving sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:


  1. Provide friendly and courteous service to customers, answering questions and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  2. Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and customer service areas.
  3. Support the sales floor team in achieving sales goals by merchandising products, completing tasks as assigned, and maintaining a positive attitude.
  4. Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  5. Participate in visual merchandising and store recovery to maintain a visually appealing store environment.
  6. Comply with company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.

Requirements:


  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
  • Ability to maintain a safe and clean work environment.
