  • Maintaining accurate inventory, clean stores, and tight back-of-house spaces to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
  • Ensuring customers have a positive experience, with a strong understanding and enthusiasm for technology, especially Comcast products and services.
  • Scanning the sales floor regularly to ensure counters, devices, accessories, and walkways are accessible, clean, and functioning.
  • Greeting customers during busy moments, connecting them with sales consultants, and demonstrating company technology to new customers.
  • Inspecting the back of the store for clean, secure, and properly placed inventory, assisting with receiving and stocking.
  • Conducting the weekly cycle count process and suggesting improvements to enhance the store count process.
  • Adapting to store management priorities and direction, demonstrating professionalism and integrity.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must be able to:

  • Carry and lift up to 25-pound boxes, stand, and move about the store constantly.
  • Work nights and weekends, variable schedules, and overtime as necessary.
  • Own the customer experience, thinking and acting in ways that put customers first.
  • Be an enthusiastic learner, user, and advocate of Comcast's game-changing technology, products, and services.
  • Respect and promote inclusion and diversity.
