Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resource Information System Analyst IV to join our team at DelDOT. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs for Oracle/PeopleSoft HRM and Time and Attendance applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement training programs for HRIS applications, including Oracle/PeopleSoft HRM and Time and Attendance.
  • Provide system analysis and consultation for HRIS applications, helpdesk operations, system training, and/or data reporting to end users.
  • Research and resolve customer inquiries, requests, system problems, or training and education needs.
  • Monitor reports and processes data change requests to update or correct data in the system.
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal laws, rules, regulations, standards, policies, and procedures pertaining to statewide HRIS.
  • Participate in HRIS business requirements analysis, system testing, change management or training of system implementations, upgrades, updates, and enhancements.
  • Conduct special assignments and projects.
  • Develop, run, maintain, and support a variety of reports or queries utilizing appropriate reporting tools for ongoing customer needs.
Requirements
  • Three years' experience in researching, analyzing and interpreting data to resolve automated information system inquiries, requests, or problems, or to meet automated information system training needs.
  • Three years' experience in using, or training others on using, an automated human resource, pension, payroll or benefits information system to enter, update, modify, delete, retrieve/inquire and report on data.
  • Six months experience in analyzing and evaluating HRIS applications to ensure compliance with state and federal laws, rules regulations, policies and procedures.
  • Six months experience in project support such as planning, coordinating, evaluating and reporting status updates of special projects.
