Business Growth Representative

We are looking for a highly skilled Business Growth Representative - Midland/Permian to join our team at PRC Resources. This role involves developing new business opportunities, managing relationships, and driving sales for pipeline and facilities construction projects.
The estimated annual salary for this position is $140,000 - $200,000.
Responsibilities- Develop strategic growth plans, client initiatives, and action items to increase sales from new and existing clients.
- Lead all aspects of new client outreach activity, including prospect introductions, conferences, presentations, and engagement with professional organizations.
- Maintain a keen understanding of current operational capabilities and implement strategies for participation in professional organizations.
The ideal candidate will possess strong writing and presenting skills, ability to win profitable projects, and assess risk. A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience is required, along with valid transportation and a clean driving record.
