Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Administrator to join our growing team at Encore Strategic. The successful candidate will provide sales support to our clients, manage administrative tasks for our sales team, and contribute to the delivery of exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate with clients regarding product requests and orders
  • Provide administrative support to our Client Success Managers and Project Services team
  • Assist in creating project proposals for technology products and services to our existing client base
  • Support the Project Services team with product requests and procurement
  • Order hardware and software from approved quotes and proposals
Salary and Benefits

The salary range for this role is $55,000-$65,000 per year, with opportunities for professional growth and development. We also offer a robust benefits package, including healthcare, dental, vision, and 401(k) retirement plan.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Basic knowledge of small business technology products (hardware, software, cloud services, phones, etc.)
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-moving environment
  • Strong organizational, presentation, and customer service skills
  • Able to multi-task and adapt to changes quickly

  • Experience with Connectwise, ConnectBooster, Microsoft licensing
