Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management: Provide strategic leadership and direction to our team of caregivers and support staff, ensuring that they have the resources and training they need to deliver exceptional care and service.
  • Care Services: Plan, implement, and evaluate nursing, medication, and personal care services to maximize residents' health potential and meet their medical care needs.
  • Documentation and Compliance: Develop and maintain a comprehensive documentation system for resident care that meets regulatory guidelines and ensures maximized cost reimbursement.
  • Financial Management: Participate in the management of financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Staffing and Development: Recruit, orient, train, evaluate, and retain sufficient numbers of competent staff to provide all services in accordance with required staffing ratios and company policies.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Must have a strong background in healthcare administration, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior living or assisted living facility.
  • Licensure and Certification: Must be licensed as a Residential Care Administrator or have completed a Department-approved training program for administrators.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Strong command of the English language, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Benefits
  • Competitive Salary: $85,000 - $95,000 annually
