Job SummaryThe Guest Service Associate is a key member of our team, responsible for providing attentive, friendly, and efficient hospitality services to guests. This role involves parking and retrieving guest vehicles in a prompt and safe manner, as well as assisting guests with luggage and other needs.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain a pleasant and professional demeanor with all guests, coworkers, and clients.
- Use salutations and welcome guests to the location, practicing proper phone etiquette.
- Park and retrieve vehicles while driving slowly and cautiously, assisting guests with bell services and luggage storage as needed.
- Assist guests with directions, taxis, reservations, and other inquiries, providing information about outlets, meeting rooms, and amenities.
- Deliver messages, items, and guest amenities as requested, shuttling guests to approved locations.
- Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures to guests upon arrival, issuing claim checks and collecting revenue as needed.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- At least 18 years of age and able to pass a criminal background and drug screen
- One month related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
The Guest Service Associate will work outdoors for extended periods, including up to the entire duration of the shift. Employees are subject to environmental conditions, including extreme heat and cold weather. Protection from weather conditions may be provided, but not necessarily from temperature changes.
