About the Role

At Towne Park, we're committed to delivering exceptional experiences that create smiles. As a Guest Service Associate, you'll play a vital role in providing attentive, friendly, and efficient hospitality services to our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring a positive experience from arrival to departure.
  • Park and retrieve guest vehicles in a prompt and safe manner.
  • Assist guests with luggage, including delivery and pick-up, during arrival and departure.
  • Use guest last names during interactions and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
  • Use salutation of the day and welcome guests to the location, practicing proper Towne Park phone etiquette.
  • Post up in designated areas when not completing tasks and maintain a visible presence.
  • Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures to guests upon arrival and issue claim checks only after receiving vehicle keys.
  • Collect claim checks from all guests prior to issuing keys and consistently complete and maintain all ticket information.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
  • A valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age and be able to pass a criminal background and drug screen.
  • One (1) month related experience and/or training; OR equivalent combination of education and experience.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

Exerting up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects.

The majority of work will be performed outdoors for extended periods of time including up to the entire duration of shift. Employees are subject to environmental conditions including extreme heat and cold weather. Protection from weather conditions may be provided, but not necessarily from temperature changes.
