Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled Compensation Specialist to join our team at Johnstone Supply LLC. As a key member of the HR Team, you will develop, implement, and administer compensation plans to attract, retain, and engage employees. You will also compile compensation and other HR data to produce actionable reports. Responsibilities and Requirements:
  • Develop, implement, and administer compensation plans to attract, retain, and engage employees.
  • Compile compensation and other HR data to produce actionable reports.
  • Bachelor's degree (B.A.) in Human Resources or related discipline, such as compensation administration, design, and strategy, or other related field.
  • At least 3 years of Compensation experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) credential is preferred but not required.
  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) credential is preferred but not required.
