At Parkland Health and Hospital System, we are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Operations Director to lead our nursing department. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for the overall direction and daily operational activities of designated departments.

We offer an estimated annual salary range of $120,000 - $180,000, depending on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.

The ideal candidate will have 8 years of experience in healthcare administration, including 3 years of progressive leadership. A master's degree in nursing is required, and current RN licensure or valid temporary permit with the Texas Board of Nursing is essential.

In this role, you will oversee multiple departments, preparing the annual budget, analyzing revenue and losses, and revising budget and staffing practices as needed. You will also be responsible for drafting quality management practices, collaborating with Quality and Risk Management staff, and identifying areas for improvement.

As a leader at Parkland Health and Hospital System, you will be expected to demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, proficiency in resource management, and knowledge of Parkland policies, structure, procedures, and mission.
