Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is $25-28.85 per hour, offering a competitive compensation package. Our benefits program includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, an EAP program, commuter benefits, and a 401K plan.

Job Description

This role will be responsible for ensuring the effective implementation, communication, and administration of employee benefits and third-party administrators. Key responsibilities include:

  • Enhancing the overall employee experience through efficient and accurate benefits management.
  • Overseeing the LOA process to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Maintaining LOA files and completing DOL forms.
  • Tracking LOA progress and keeping management informed about potential return-to-work employees.
  • Ensuring proper FMLA notices are issued.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in benefits administration, with expertise in leave of absences. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) is required, and UKG System experience is a plus. The ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines is essential.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Work Environment
