About the Role

Boston Scientific is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Associate to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for maintaining market share at current BSC accounts by delivering exceptional service and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cultivate key account relationships through routine customer visits, product demonstrations, and educational programs.
  • Work closely with Sales Management and Territory Managers to evaluate business conditions and sales trends.
  • Develop and implement proactive plans to maintain market share and increase the quality of service to customers.
  • Assist in professional education activities sponsored by BSC, including on-site and field training workshops.
  • Provide timely updates to Regional Manager on ongoing business activities, competitive conditions, and industry trends.
  • Manage expense budget and internally provided promotional budget within guidelines.
  • Prepare comprehensive plans by account, reflecting overall Urology Pelvic Health Division strategy.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales expenses, customer files, and field sales reports.
Qualifications:
  • 2+ years sales experience with documented sales success.
  • Self-starter, team player, proven leadership qualities, and high coachability.
  • Able to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Energetic, enthusiastic, determined, and goal-oriented.
