Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required; post-secondary education preferred.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in recruitment, particularly in high-volume environments.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and trends, especially in digital platforms.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Effective communication skills with diverse stakeholders.
- Professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality are essential.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HRIS; knowledge of Workday is a plus.
- Willingness to travel as needed.

Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive salary range of $88,150 - $121,210 per year.
- Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and retirement plans.
- Paid time off including vacation and sick leave, along with paid holidays.

Work Environment:
This position primarily operates in an office setting, with occasional visits to manufacturing or construction sites. Candidates should be prepared for varying conditions including noise and outdoor elements.
