Job Summary

This position is responsible for the implementation, evaluation, and oversight of assigned programs at MaineHealth. The successful candidate will draft program work plans, monitor daily activities, timelines, and other operational aspects of assigned programs, including the development of program materials and tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement program work plans, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Monitor and evaluate program progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop program materials and tools, ensuring effective communication and stakeholder engagement.
  • Provide technical expertise and support to program staff, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
  • Conduct program evaluations, identifying best practices and areas for improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of program coordination work experience, with 2-4 years of healthcare or related work experience.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Technical acumen or subject matter expertise in programmatic tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite, SurveyMonkey, and Smartsheet.
