Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Training Specialist to join our team at Records On Time LLC. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our team members possess the necessary knowledge, skills, and competencies to excel in their roles.

Key Responsibilities

· Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programs to new hires and existing employees, focusing on key record retrieval processes, tools, systems, and compliance requirements.

· Conduct engaging and informative training sessions, utilizing adult learning principles and best practices to enhance knowledge retention and transfer.

· Develop and administer assessments and evaluations to measure the effectiveness of training programs and identify areas for improvement.

· Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to record retrieval to ensure training content remains relevant and aligned with industry standards.

· Provide individual coaching and support to employees, addressing performance gaps and assisting with skill development.

· Continuously evaluate and enhance training programs based on feedback from participants, managers, and stakeholders.

Requirements

· Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or 3 years equivalent work experience.

· Minimum 1 year medical record retrieval experience.

· Proven experience as a Trainer or Training Specialist, preferably in records management or related industry.

· Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and inspire adult learners.

· Proficient in designing and delivering training materials using a variety of methods and technologies.

· Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

· Experience in creating and delivering e-learning modules is a plus.
