We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN to join our clinical team at Genesis HealthCare. As a LPN, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and achieving positive clinical outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver efficient and effective nursing care to patients and residents.
  • Evaluate patients to collect data, observe condition, and report changes in condition.
  • Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
  • Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.
  • Administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders.

Qualifications:

  • Must be a graduate of an approved school of nursing and currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing.
  • CPR Certification is required.
