Job DescriptionJob DescriptionScion Nonprofit Staffing has been engaged to conduct an immediate search for an experienced Residential Program Manager for our client, a faith-based nonprofit organization dedicated to aiding at-risk children and families, offers essential tools and resources to prevent child abuse, neglect, and abandonment. This full-time hybrid position, located in Farmington, Missouri, is open for immediate hire.

The Residential Program Manager and take on a pivotal role in the southeast region, overseeing the administration, management, and supervision of our transitional living group home and scattered-site apartment services. In this dynamic position, you'll lead staff development and ensure compliance with contract requirements, driving program success from intake through aftercare. You'll play a key role in ensuring resident safety and delivering exceptional independent living services. RESPONSIBILITIES:  
  • Oversee service delivery to achieve contract goals and outcomes.
  • Ensure the safety of group homes and apartments in accordance with licensing standards.
  • Staff the program to maintain the required staff-to-client ratio.
  • Develop and implement programs, partnerships, and curricula to meet contract specifications.
  • Coordinate and foster therapeutic, community, and volunteer partnerships and services.
  • Supervise lead staff to support and guide program implementation.
  • Manage the budget in collaboration with the Program Director for efficient financial oversight.
  • Meet all reporting and documentation requirements.
  • Maintain regular and effective communication with community partners and stakeholders.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • A Masterâ?™s degree in a human services field required.
  • Experience in the human services field is preferred
  • Must hold a valid driverâ?™s license and maintain a risk-free driving record.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
In addition to a competitive salary ranging from $43,000 to $45,000. This impactful role offers the benefit of serving children and families in need, flexible work schedules, paid time off, medical, dental, and vision insurance options, voluntary life insurance options, paid holidays, and a generous retirement plan with agency matching contributions after one year of service.
