Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Wound Care Team: Supervise and mentor a team of healthcare professionals, including nurses, therapists, and support staff, to ensure seamless delivery of patient care.
  • Develop and Implement Treatment Plans: Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients with complex wounds.
  • Ensure Quality and Safety: Oversee the implementation of quality and safety protocols to ensure optimal patient outcomes and minimize complications.
  • Collaborate with Healogics and Integris Baptist Health Medical Center: Work closely with our partners to ensure alignment with their goals and objectives, and to leverage their expertise and resources to enhance patient care.

Requirements:

  • 2+ Years of Experience: In a procedural environment, such as urgent care, wound care specialist medical office, or similar setting.
  • Medical License: Current and active medical license in good standing.
  • Board Certification: Board certified in a relevant medical specialty, such as family medicine, internal medicine, or surgery.
  • DEA License: Current and active DEA license.
