Clinical Director - Wound Care Specialist

Job Summary:

R3healing is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Director to lead our Wound Care team. As a Clinical Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the clinic, supervising clinical staff, and ensuring the highest quality of patient care.

Responsibilities:
  • Examine, diagnose, and treat patients requiring wound care
  • Supervise Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy and maintain effective operation of the Hyperbaric Chamber and Facility
  • Guide, train, and lead staff on day-to-day operations of the clinic
  • Manage patient compliance through education and communication with referring physicians
  • Partner with Marketing Team and Sales Team for guidance and training support
Requirements:
  • Valid PA/NP license in the state of Texas
  • 3-5 years of experience as a Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner
  • 4 years of Wound Care experience preferred
  • Hyperbaric experience is a huge value added
  • Ability to work flexible hours, multitask, and be a team player
  • Positive attitude, excellent bedside manner, and strong leadership skills
  • Up-to-date BLS and valid driver's license
  • Willingness to get a wound care and hyperbaric certification within 6 months of hire
