We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team and help us deliver an exceptional shopping experience to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Experience
    • Forge lasting relationships with customers and provide personalized service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
    • Work collaboratively with the sales team to ensure each customer receives the best possible service.
    • Greet customers in a timely, authentic, and engaging manner, creating a welcoming atmosphere in the store.
    • Prepare the fitting rooms, find sizes, and provide honest and knowledgeable feedback to customers regarding merchandise style and fit.
  • Business Operations
    • Achieve sales goals in a team-based commission environment, driving revenue growth and contributing to the company's success.
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest fashion trends and active wear styles to serve as an expert for customers and provide recommendations.
    • Assist in the completion of projects, prioritizing tasks and focusing on customer experience.
    • Communicate inventory needs to support business goals and ensure the sales floor is stocked and visually appealing.
  • Store Operations
    • Ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and reflects the correct visual image at all times.
    • Collaborate with management to maintain inventory levels, manage cash control procedures, and implement merchandising directives.
    • Identify and communicate product concerns in a timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
    Requirements
    • Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
    • Punctuality and reliability in adhering to scheduled shifts.
    • Ability to develop relationships with customers and colleagues, providing excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to positively and proactively handle customer concerns, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
    • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, managing time effectively and meeting deadlines.
    • Ability to quickly learn new procedures and processes, adapting to changing circumstances.
    • Strong organizational skills and follow-through skills, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a high level of ownership, accountability, and initiative.
    • Eagerness to develop new skills and responsiveness to feedback, driving personal and professional growth.
