Position Overview:
As a key player in our retail environment, you will contribute to store success through effective inventory management and exceptional customer service. Your role will involve organizing the stockroom and ensuring that merchandise is readily available for our clients.

Primary Responsibilities:

Operations:

  • Participate in inventory preparation and communicate supply needs.
  • Be flexible with scheduling to meet business needs.
Technical Expertise:
  • Utilize company learning systems for ongoing development.
  • Navigate inventory management systems effectively.
  • Perform register transactions with accuracy.
Product/Brand Management:
  • Understand and articulate the brand's positioning and marketing initiatives.
  • Stay informed about fashion trends and represent the brand appropriately.
  • Participate in store meetings and training sessions.
Position Requirements:
  • Demonstrated commitment to client service and store organization.
  • Ability to follow directions and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of visual merchandising standards.
  • Strong verbal communication skills.
  • Organizational skills to maintain stockroom efficiency.
  • Ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
  • Physical capability to lift and carry merchandise as needed.
Educational Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • At least one year of relevant experience in retail or service industries.
