Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Store Associate to join our team at JustFab. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and achieving sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves, folding merchandise, and sweeping floors.
  • Sales: Meet or exceed sales goals by promoting products, handling transactions, and providing recommendations to customers.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with store staff to achieve sales goals, maintain a positive store atmosphere, and provide support during peak periods.

Requirements:

  • Previous Retail Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a retail environment, preferably in a sales or customer service role.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and move quickly in a fast-paced environment.
