PROEMPRESA LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable Payroll Specialist to join our team in Everett. As a key member of our accounting team, you will be responsible for processing payroll, ensuring accuracy of financial records, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process payroll with different cycles for multiple clients
  • Filing of Payroll taxes and tax liabilities payments for multiple clients
  • Provide a high level of customer service by directly interacting with clients
  • Assist with other accounting projects in the office, if needed

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • 2+ years' experience managing payroll, preferably with QuickBooks Desktop and QBO
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office applications, primarily Excel and Word
  • Bilingual, fluent in English and Spanish, with strong reading, writing, and speaking skills
  • Attention to detail, dependability, and honesty are essential
  • Ability to work under tight timelines efficiently and effectively communicate with clients
  • Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles and organization skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with teammates
