Job Description

At Trigo ADR Americas, we are seeking a highly skilled Quality Inspector to join our team. As a Quality Inspector, you will be responsible for performing visual inspection operations, including in-process, final inspection, and FAI's as appropriate. You will also assist in verification of test data and all other applicable data concerning components, and associated documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform final inspection and receiving inspection, including dimensional, visual inspection, surface finish, and assembly inspection.
  • Read, interpret, and utilize quality policies, procedures, blueprints, and other documentation.
  • Process warehouse materials and rely on instructions and pre-established guidelines/procedures to perform the functions of the job.
  • Support positive corrective actions and identification of root cause.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • CMM inspection process experience.
  • Knowledge and experience in GD&T (ASME Y14.5).
  • Knowledge and experience with blueprint interpretation.
  • Experienced quality individual in dimensional inspection of aerospace machined components.
  • Experience in performing FAI's – AS9102.
  • Experience with hand measurement tools.
  • MS Outlook and EXCEL experience.
  • Strong verbal, written, and communication skills.
  • Fluent English – reading and writing is required.
  • Professionalism, integrity, and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong independent decision-making skills; excellent analytical skills and professional judgment.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be able to simultaneously manage several objectives.
  • Must be detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated.

Additional Qualifications:

  • Prior practical experience and implementation of quality inspection tools and equipment.
  • Experience in RCCA and problem-solving.

Pay Range:

$25.00 - $40.00 per hour.
