We offer an estimated salary range of $27-30 per hour for this role.

About the Role:

The Senior Enterprise Device Support Specialist will be responsible for providing escalated technical support for the installation, deployment, administration, security, and maintenance of Windows, Apple, and Samsung devices in a global enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support at the direct location and remotely when needed
  • Accountability for the status of all Incidents and Requests
  • Proactively identify, research, and resolve technical problems
  • Responsible for monitoring and completing tickets in assigned queues
  • Keep IT management apprised of critical issues

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Bachelor's degree or minimum 4 years of equivalent related work experience along with field-specific certifications. Additionally, you should have a minimum of 3 years' experience working in a high call volume, time-sensitive support environment for a large company, supporting users in MDM AirWatch, Intune, Duo, iTunes, Samsung Knox.

You will also need to have subject matter expertise with Windows 10, Office 365, and Microsoft Office Suite versions, as well as a minimum of 4 years' experience working with airlines.
