Senior Cardiac Care Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Advanced Cardiac Therapy team at Lutheran Hospital in Fort Wayne, Indiana.
About the RoleThis 0.9 FTE (36 hours per week) day shift position requires every third weekend and every other holiday. A welcome bonus of up to $35,000 is also offered.
Job DescriptionAs a Senior Cardiac Care Specialist, you will provide exceptional patient care to critically ill patients with medium to high acuity levels. Your primary focus will be on symptoms of heart failure, pacemakers, defibrillators, patient education, post-cardiac cath or post-stint patients, employing electrocardiograms and various measuring devices to monitor vital signs and heart rhythms closely.
Requirements- ASN minimum
- Valid Indiana RN license
- BLS certification within 90 days of hire
- Additional certifications completed within 90 days to 6 months from hire
