Role Overview

The Sales Representative position is vital in supporting our Sales Team, acting as a key contributor to our sales efforts. We are looking for exceptional candidates like you.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Coordinating product displays to aid Sales Representatives in achieving sales and distribution targets.
  • Preparing orders for retail clients, including supermarkets and pharmacies.
  • Addressing customer inquiries and concerns, relaying them to Sales Representatives and Supervisors as necessary.
  • Ensuring proper product rotation on shelves and in coolers to prevent spoilage.
  • Regularly visiting accounts to enhance customer satisfaction and optimize product placement.
  • Building relationships with store personnel and supplier teams to elevate customer service.
  • Assisting Sales Representatives in executing brand initiatives and promotional material placements.
  • Conducting cooler resets and product rearrangements as directed.

Position Requirements:

  • Preferred degree in a relevant field.
  • Valid Driver's License and access to a vehicle.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Physical capability to lift and move heavy items regularly.
  • Experience in retail, customer service, or merchandising is advantageous.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent time management, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
