The Member Experience team at Small Door collaborates closely with the veterinary staff and engages directly with clients and their pets. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the scheduling system to reduce wait times for all clients
  • Handle incoming communications via phone, email, and other channels
  • Serve as a knowledgeable resource for clients by addressing inquiries and providing information
  • Facilitate all billing communications during client visits
  • Gather feedback and relay insights to appropriate teams
  • Ensure a clean, inviting, and brand-consistent practice environment
  • Prioritize exceptional service and hospitality
  • Develop solutions to enhance client experiences
  • Work collaboratively with clients to ensure smooth interactions
  • Anticipate client needs and cater to their requirements for effective practice management

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a customer service-focused role, preferably in hospitality (Experience in veterinary care is a plus)
  • Self-driven, team-oriented, excellent communicator, detail-oriented, and committed to customer service
  • Able to establish connections with others, demonstrating empathy and compassion
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends
  • Capable of lifting up to 25lbs when necessary
  • Available for a full-time schedule, including one weekend day (4-day - 10-hour shifts)
  • Passionate about animals, especially cats and dogs
  • Proficient in computer skills (Familiarity with Slack is advantageous)
