Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the scheduling system to reduce wait times for all clients
- Handle incoming communications via phone, email, and other channels
- Serve as a knowledgeable resource for clients by addressing inquiries and providing information
- Facilitate all billing communications during client visits
- Gather feedback and relay insights to appropriate teams
- Ensure a clean, inviting, and brand-consistent practice environment
- Prioritize exceptional service and hospitality
- Develop solutions to enhance client experiences
- Work collaboratively with clients to ensure smooth interactions
- Anticipate client needs and cater to their requirements for effective practice management
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in a customer service-focused role, preferably in hospitality (Experience in veterinary care is a plus)
- Self-driven, team-oriented, excellent communicator, detail-oriented, and committed to customer service
- Able to establish connections with others, demonstrating empathy and compassion
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends
- Capable of lifting up to 25lbs when necessary
- Available for a full-time schedule, including one weekend day (4-day - 10-hour shifts)
- Passionate about animals, especially cats and dogs
- Proficient in computer skills (Familiarity with Slack is advantageous)
