About the PositionWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to lead our team in providing exceptional patient care. As a Clinical Staff Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality care, promoting a positive work environment, and fostering a culture of excellence within the unit.

Responsibilities- Provide clinical patient care and ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Assist in ensuring the quality of patient care delivery in a specific patient care area
- Serve as a role model for professional nursing practice
- Review staffing based on patient acuity and needs, and recommend corrective actions when necessary
We are looking for an experienced Registered Nurse with a strong background in acute care. Ideal candidates will have a proven track record of leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care. A current RN license in the state of employment or a multistate RN license through the interstate Nurse Licensure Compact is required.
