Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide education and support to patients on managing diabetes through behavior modification
  • Develop and implement educational programs for diabetic patients
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care for patients

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing
  • Two years of nursing experience
  • Current licensure as a registered nurse by state of employment or multistate RN license through the interstate Nurse Licensure Compact
