Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to fill the position of House Supervisor. As a key member of our nursing team, you will be responsible for exercising delegated administrative responsibility and authority for the supervision of all hospital personnel and functions within the assigned work unit/location for assigned shift. Your primary duties will include serving as a leader and resource person in facilitating efficient operational activities throughout the organization.
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must have a current license to practice as a Registered Nurse by state of employment or hold a multistate RN license through the interstate Nurse Licensure Compact. Additionally, we require two (2) years related experience, with BLS certification obtained through Penn State Health or the American Heart Association. ED or ICU experience is preferred but not mandatory.
