Job Overview

CPI Security is a leading provider of security and automation solutions, seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to join our team as a New Home Construction Sales Representative. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for designing, presenting, and selling our award-winning security and home automation solutions to new home builders and developers in the Hilton Head, South Carolina area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Effectively communicate CPI Security's value proposition and product capabilities to potential customers
  • Cultivate relationships with builders, contractors, and developers to promote our products and services
  • Self-generate customer connections to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Develop and maintain outstanding working relationships with customers and potential customers to ensure complete satisfaction
  • Maintain a schedule of weekly appointments with accounts in assigned locations
  • Merchandise product sections and build displays to stimulate sales
  • Work closely with the Sales Manager and team to ensure goal achievement
What We Offer
  • $60,000 to $90,000 annual average earnings
  • 30k base salary guarantee plus commissions on top, with a sign-on bonus of $1,000

Requirements
  • High school diploma
  • 1-2 years of outside sales experience preferred, but will train the right individual

  • Demonstrates strong communications skills and professional credibility
  • Detail-oriented, creative, and decisive
  • Experience working with a CRM system is a plus
