About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Senior Customer Education Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing educational programs and tools to support customer-facing Medical Education for BSC Coronary Therapies customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develops approach, scope, and methodology of training materials to maximize impact and minimize training time by determining the target audience, time and location requirements and other applicable factors.
  • Coordinates the planning and delivery of CT Medical Education customer training programs including in-person, virtual, observation, live broadcast, local dinner programs, and proctoring.
  • Complete, track, and archive documentation for compliance (including all contract requests, service requests, event requests, HCP spend reporting), HCP payments, vendor payments, and internal requirements.
  • Possesses technical aptitude and basic knowledge of BSC Coronary products and systems.
  • Acquires, maintains, transports, and assures equipment used for hands-on customer training and education is present and functional at all Med Ed programs as well as national symposia training pavilions.
  • Attends events to ensure that details associated with hands-on equipment, participants, lodging, faculty, and agendas are attended to and that problems are corrected.
  • Assists in the development, update, and implementation of clinical cases for the Complex PCI case simulators.
  • Works closely with Med Ed Strategists/Clinical Specialists to develop and execute programs and ensure compliance in all our training processes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 6+ years of experience with planning programs and/or conducting training programs
  • Experience with training in the medical device industry
  • Technical aptitude and ability to think strategically with appetite for innovation and continuous learning
  • Comfortable developing and maintaining relationships with physician customers and field reps
  • Strong program management and organization skills
  • Strong communicator and collaborator
  • Must be able to work autonomously on multiple projects at one time
  • Able to develop new processes and adjust practices as needed to meet business or team needs
  • Ability to travel 10%
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of Interventional Cardiology products
  • Knowledge of MS Office Suite, Sales Force, Concur
