About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Services Associate to join our team in Miami. As a key member of our financial operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service, supporting our financial advisors, and ensuring seamless account management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the financial advisors by reviewing and submitting account paperwork for processing and approval, and creating client files.
  • Maintain accurate records of all transactions, including follow-up to ensure successful implementation.
  • Ensure timely and accurate account setup, money movement, and investment trades.
  • Interact with clients to process requests, resolve inquiries, and maintain up-to-date client information.
  • Perform administrative duties to support financial advisors in their daily activities.
  • Assist in the execution of trades, including mutual funds, stocks, ETFs, bonds, and options.
  • Reconcile trading affirmation/confirmation platforms.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory rules and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with middle and back-office colleagues to deliver exceptional client experiences.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in technical applications, including Microsoft Office.
  • Strong communication skills in Spanish.
  • Active Series 7 license at the time of hire or willingness to obtain.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and client service skills.
  • Attention to detail with strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and high ethical standards.
