Job Summary

The Senior Administrative Assistant to the Vice Chancellor of Development will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Development and Sponsored Programs teams. This position requires excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Development team.
  • Manage accounts payable transactions and ensure timely processing.
  • Coordinate event planning and management, including scheduling meetings and conferences.
  • Support alumni engagement program events and activities.
  • Develop and implement donor stewardship strategies.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Proven track record of success in administrative roles.
  • Strong understanding of fundraising principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Estimated Salary Range

$45,000-$50,000 per year, based on experience.
