Account Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our team at EssilorLuxottica. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with customers, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and increase market share
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including eye care professionals and lab personnel
- Utilize analytical tools and software applications to manage territory accounts and identify opportunities for growth
- Partner with lab personnel to identify and capitalize on account opportunities
- Develop and implement a strategy for all accounts, with a focus on key accounts and high-potential customers
- Use consultative selling approach to drive immediate sales and establish long-term business partnerships
- Review and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth
- 3-5 years of sales experience, with a proven track record of success
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- Demonstrated computer skills, with experience using analytical tools and software applications
- Demonstrated presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues
- Customer service orientation, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
- Ability to travel overnight, approximately 50% of the time
