Plumbing Operations Supervisor

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Effectively oversee quality assurance and compliance with regulations through the job site team and inspection protocols.
- Conduct daily assessments of installations according to design specifications, adhering to RTMC Quality Standards, and generate punch lists as necessary.
- Meticulously monitor rework activities.
- Implement production strategies and schedules, managing workforce, logistics, equipment, and safety measures.
- Carefully control project scope and financials; manage piece rate and hourly labor reporting.
- Optimize labor and material usage through strategic planning and leadership; communicate and process VPO/EPO for additional work outside the Statement of Work.
- Promptly inform the Project Manager of any change order requirements.
- Regularly produce Daily Log reports, detailing job site needs and documenting activities and communications for the production team.
- Supervise material logistics, staging, inventory management, and equipment/tool requirements on-site.
- Enhance crew efficiency through thorough job readiness evaluations.
- Communicate professionally and effectively with builders and customer representatives; attend meetings punctually as required.
- Adhere to agreed-upon schedules and budget constraints.
- Set clear expectations for quality and productivity during Daily Huddles with crews.
- Engage actively in Workforce Development; exemplify RTMC's code of conduct and Core Values, representing the company with professionalism.
- Lead projects responsibly to ensure zero injuries or accidents due to non-compliance or negligence.
- Proactively promote job site safety.

- Knowledge of IBC, IRC, and IPC standards and their application in field installations.
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Understanding of construction methodologies and document interpretation.

- Skilled in job site record-keeping and communication practices, including Quality Inspections, toolbox talks, VPO/EPO processes, and Morning Huddles.
- Exposure to various outdoor weather conditions, including rain, humidity, snow, wind, cold, and heat.
- Work environment may involve loud noises, proximity to mechanical and moving parts, working at heights, and in confined spaces.
- Potential exposure to fumes, airborne particles, electrical hazards, and vibrations.
- Must be capable of performing physical activities such as standing, walking, using hands, reaching, stooping, kneeling, and lifting.
- Regular climbing or balancing may be required.
- Frequent lifting or carrying of items weighing up to 10 pounds, with the ability to lift at least 50 pounds occasionally.
- Manual dexterity necessary for handling items and perceiving material attributes.
- Must wear job site-specific personal protective equipment and be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
