  • Ensure that culinary quality standards are consistently met in food preparation and presentation, motivating kitchen staff to deliver menu items with precision and consistency.
  • Work alongside restaurant management to enhance guest relations, striving to meet and exceed expectations regarding food quality, temperature, and presentation.
  • Oversee kitchen operations with a meticulous approach to food and beverage quality, safety, maintenance, and cleanliness.
  • Participate in the recruitment process for kitchen staff, identifying talent and recommending candidates for advancement to supervisory or managerial positions.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or line cook role within a high-volume culinary environment.
