Insurance Account Specialist

Staff My Agency is seeking a dedicated Licensed Account Representative to join our reputable insurance firm. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service to our clients and are looking for individuals who are committed to customer satisfaction and detail-oriented.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads and schedule appointments to understand customer needs.
- Market suitable insurance products and services to clients.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through follow-ups.
- Provide timely, accurate, and friendly customer service, addressing inquiries related to insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy modifications, claims, and billing.

Qualifications
- Must possess or be able to obtain a Property & Casualty license.
- Must possess or be able to obtain a Life & Health license.
- Bilingual candidates (English/Spanish) are preferred.
- Sales experience in various settings is preferred.
- Proven track record of achieving sales goals is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Self-motivated with the ability to multitask.
- Able to effectively connect with customers.
This position is associated with an independent contractor agent, not directly with an insurance company. Candidates must be prepared to complete any necessary licensing and training requirements.
