Senior Operations Manager

About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Operations Manager to oversee business operations at Great Southwestern Construction, Inc. The ideal candidate will provide effective methods of day-to-day operations, maintain and develop client relationships, estimate work, and recruit/develop personnel for ongoing and future projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor the financial performance and production of projects
- Ensure contractual compliance for current and future projects
- Pursue business growth opportunities
- Advise staff of company policy expectations
- Lead, direct, and audit the work of assigned staff; Coordinate employee performance reviews
- Facilitate and enforce company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, related field, or equivalent experience (10+ years' in a leadership role within the utilities industry)
- Strong leadership and team building skills
