Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Transportation Analyst to join our team at Finish Line. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain and transportation, with experience in analyzing and interpreting data to drive business decisions.

The Senior Transportation Analyst will be responsible for producing and interpreting KPI reports, providing root cause analysis and solutions to support transportation and supply chain operations. This role will also involve working cross-functionally with internal and external business partners to maintain and evolve clear KPI reporting and dashboards.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Transportation, Accounting, Operations Management, Finance, or a related field, and at least 5 years of experience in supply chain, transportation, finance, or a related field. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Access and Excel is required, with experience using SQL queries and Microsoft Power BI preferred.

The ideal candidate will be able to sit for more than 6 hours per shift, use hands to finger, handle and feel, reach with hands and arms, talk and/or hear, walk or move from one location to another, and periodically climb, balance, stoop, kneel, or crouch. The work environment will be a moderately noisy office setting, with occasional exposure to a moderate to loud warehouse setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Produce and interpret KPI reports to support transportation and supply chain operations
  • Provide root cause analysis and solutions to support trend variances
  • Maintain and evolve clear KPI reporting and dashboards
  • Work cross-functionally with internal and external business partners
  • Perform other detailed analysis as business dictates

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Transportation, Accounting, Operations Management, Finance, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in supply chain, transportation, finance, or a related field
